Description
I am a farmer, run a bussiness as well, and a horse breeder. I live in Amritsar, a city known for Golden Temple the holiest Sikh shrine. I have a farm stay acomodation in an old castle like building, renovated about six years ago and still going on. This place has been approved by the state government for staying of tourist under promotion of rural tourism. This place is visited by local Indian and foreign tourists all the year, every evening there is a local group of five performing folk dances, bhangra etc. You can ask for my Webpage to have more information

The place is so beautiful and peaceful, far from the city and the crowd. We spend three weeks in Virasat Haveli and the experience was so nice. We really enjoy our time there. Mr Singh is a fantastic owner and all the staff was so friendly with us.
We spent our time helping in the restaurant, enjoying the beautiful place (gardens, swimming pools, animals...) and eating the best Punjabi food in the world.

I stayed here 3 amazing weeks.
Working mostly to clean stables, sometimes help to prepare food for cows and horses.

Mr Narinderjit is a very peaceful and good person. He always ask how you are, what you did during the day or how you feel.
The staff is great!! most of them dont speak much english, but doesnt matters, you will enjoy with every one of them. Also you can teach some words for them.

I spend a month last year by M. Singh. Everything was just perfect : M. Singh, his people, his place, his village, his horses and animals... and Reshma ;-) The food was great.
I'm so grateful to his gentle heart.

Beth and Joe were here at my place for a week and both were very nice. They were nicely dressed and always ready for work on time. There is nothing from them that we didn't like. All other staff was also happy with them. I really appreciate there work and attitude, and will always welcome them again at our place.

We stayed at Mr. Singh's business for just over a week. It was brilliant - Singh explained punjabi culture to us; we saw a traditional Sikh performance and one of the staff took us to a Sikh wedding. I was here for about two weeks and had an amazing time. There is so much to do around the place and everyone working at the haveli are awesome! People were really kind and funny once I got settled in and it was one of the most comfortable stays during my visit in India. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good Punjabi experience!

Great place, awesome staff and such a kind host. So happy to have found a place like this. You wont be disappointed in the exchange Mr. Singh has to offer, the food alone is out of this world. Pure Punjabi. I was also keen on the three swimming pools, great room and animals!

I spent a week here and it was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The havelli was gorgeous and the horses are some of the most beautiful animals I have ever seen.
