Description
There are some different projects happening at our place in Puerto Escondido Oaxaca. But mainly we like to offer the spot for people to leave their grain of salt into the place while having a good time and enjoying nature...
we are located 7 minutes by car from La punta de zicatela, and from the beach.
we are inviting people to stay at our place and enjoy a beautiful view of the Colotepec river. we have some camping areas with hammocks and there are bathrooms and showers and a spot to go swim in the river at this beautiful hidden paradise.
you can stay with us as much as you feel like, we only need help with 2 hours a day and the rest of the time, you can chill a the river, go to the beach or whatever you feel like.
There is a very simple cabin that you can stay in exchange for your help and we are expanding slowly slowly to make some tips and camping areas along the river.
There might be some help needed in planting some veggies and watering plants and all kinds of different things
The project is developing slowly slowly but it is still considered very easy work to do and simple chores like watering the plant, and feeding the chickens, or doing some fixing of things..
IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW: We have some solar panels to charge devices but is restricted at certain hours if there is too many people.
The nicest thing of our place is that you are in a very private spot in nature and at the shores of the Colotepec river.
Because we are inland, The closest stores are within 20 minutes walking distance or you can take public transport and reach the store in 7 minutes and in 15 minutes you are in downtown Puerto Escondido.

Thanks Eric for the warm welcome! :)
It's close to la Punta but it really feels like another world.
We stayed there for about two weeks or so, it was so amazing! There were no other volunteers at this time, so it was very peaceful. We helped with gardening, planting moringa, weeding, and eco construction. There is always things to be done, but like in typical Mexican style, there is no rush, tranquilo! Life is peaceful and calm… read more
