  Description

  Hi , we are looking for a couple of positive persons , to enjoy a great place . My grandparents are kind retired people, absolutely independent and able to do everything by themselves, at home, they love cooking, playing cards, seeing friends, and watching tv, so they are very very easygoing. They may need some help to do gardening, to be taking care together with our senior Gardner always there , as the house has a a great garden that you can enjoy, living in such a luxurious green area.
  The lady can help sometimes at home just for some cleaning or if we have guests to prepare the place for them , and few other days we can do more creative tasks as we love handicraft bijoux and decorate original creations, so we can organize this together .
  It is important that you have driving licence as there is a car you can drive if there is to do some chores around , or buy food, or take one of us where we need to go , just sometimes. The boy usually follow the garden with our Gardner , but sometimes it may need some painting and doing little easy maintenance of the garden, under the supervision of their great handyman Albert that lives there too and will be for sure a good friend to you. They are going to give you an independent house on their property, so you will have your perfect privacy, double bedroom, kitchen, an area outside, and your bathroom, you will love, as it was my place. Couples are preferred . For sure my grandparents will prepare sometimes some good Italian food when they can, Their place is in a residential quiet area, well connected to the center, and a few steps from the train station, so you may go be in the center of Rome in 50 minutes by train and you are also close to the beach and well connected to the center of Anzio and Nettuno too.
  My grandparents need a couple.
  It is NECESSARY that you can SPEAK a bit ITALIAN or some Spanish and understand the language as my grandparents speak only Italian but if you are spanish or argentinian it is easy to learn and comunicate, even portuguese could be if you know some italian.above all Siri g winter when they will be there . During summer they will leave from may until August so probably you will meet my mim , lalla , she speaks well English, Spanish and many other languages , so June and July it’s not problem if you don’t speak a Neo-Latin language .
  We are sure you will love our place , job is pretty easy and in the nature and peaceful oasi , we are very easy going people .
  We prefer people than want stay long period as we became a big family , we had many people staying more than 1 year , but at least we ask 3 months , of course better 6 when it is possible.

  This is a great occasion to improve your Italian skills as we need someone that has a medium level of it that can be easily improved to a good level with nice conversations, practicing a bit every day, and you will have a real roman family!leaving on a green paradise and when possible you can enjoy the pool and sunbathe , and live our garden too . We will be a big family as always happened with everyone we hosted 😍

  Help

  We are looking for an happy positive couple, that can speak a bit italian above all during winter , and that one of the two has a driving licence to drive our car once in awhile if needed . What we may need from the boy is just help our senior Gardner to keep the villa garden in good shape and sometimes do a little maintenance, (we have already a gardener so we may need sometimes just a little support to keep the house garden clean), cleaning outside, painting, maybe wash the car and basic tasks like that, so easy, basic maintenance.
  The lady can help sometimes in cleaning my place or in case we have guests , during summertime , some other days can enjoy with creative creations as we love handicraft jewelry or clothes and we can manage together .
  My grandparents have already a maid that came regularly to clean their house, so what we require is to have somebody that we can trust, kind, nice and supportive.
  My granparents house is very nice and there is a big garden with a swimming pool, The area is residential and quiet, but close to the train to Rome (50 minute trip, every hour) and at 3 km from the sea, and 3 km from the center which is a nice and small town by the sea, with great beaches.

  We have a guests house where we can host you, with a double bed, private bathroom and kitchen fully equipped with Owen and washing machine too, open space outside to enjoy. . there is a lot of privacy as the two houses are separated by a private road.
  We don't provide food as you may prepare your own meal using the kitchen in your place, but I know my granparents will offer you some good italian food when they can and cook for themselves, so sometimes you will taste italian real cooking.. we ask only 15 hours of your time in a week, so about 3 hours for 5 day, 2 days off for each of you.

  We require just few hours of your time, max 3 hours a day, so you have plenty of free time to enjoy your stay at only one hour from Rome and pratically by the sea, wich is very nice in winter too. wait for your fast replay, sure you will enjoy our home. See you soon, ciao belli :)
