  Description

  Hi , we are looking for a girl, a couple or two girls, also good friends that love live abroad together , to enjoy a great place . My grandparents are kind retired people, absolutely independent and able to do everything by themselves, at home, they love cooking, playing cards, seeing friends, and watching tv, so they are very very easygoing. They may need some help to do some gardening,eventually to be taking care together with our senior Gardner always there , as the house has a a great garden that you can enjoy, living in such a luxurious green area.
  The main job ain tis period will be taking care of my home just for some cleaning and nice presentation when we have guests coming, to prepare the place for them ,just before they arrive we make ready the house, , we do not do any daily cleaning, this can do now in anzio, by the seaside, and in a pair of months also in Rome, j a small house where we will do also some hospitality, so you can alternate your time between anzio and Rome, and for the periods that there are no guests coming, the girls can do more creative tasks as we create handicraft bijoux and decorate original creations, so we can organize this together , and you can sell it online and have some extra money from the selling.
  It is important that you have driving licence as there is a car you can drive if there is to do some chores around , or buy food (also for yourself), or take one of us where we need to go , his can happen just sometimes.
  You will have an independent house on the property, so you will have your perfect privacy, double bedroom, kitchen, an area outside, and your personal bathroom, you will love, as it was my place.
  Couples are preferred , boy and girl as 2 girls.
  For sure my grandparents will prepare sometimes some good Italian food when they can,
  Their place is in a residential quiet area, well connected to the center, and a few steps from the train station, so you may go be in the center of Rome in 50 minutes by train and you are also close to the beach and well connected to the center of Anzio and Nettuno too.
  It is ok if you speak just english, but if you have some spanish or any latin language can be helpful to comunicate with my grandparents, if ever needed , but do not worry, i speak english pretty well, and when i am not there there is my mom, that also speaks well english, so, no problem at all.
  We are sure you will love our place , job is pretty easy and ilocated n the nature and peaceful oasi , where yu can enjoy also the pool, anytime that there are no guests, we are very friendly and easy going people .
  We prefer people than want stay long period as we became a big family , we had many people staying more than 1 year , but at least we hope in minimum 3 months , of course better 6 when it is possible.

  This is a great occasion to discover italy and the capital Rome, and to improve your Italian skills cause can be easily improved to a good level with nice conversations, practicing a bit every day, and you will have a real roman family !eaving on a green paradise and when possible you can enjoy the pool and sunbathe , and live our garden too . We will be a big family as always happened with everyone we hosted 😍

  Help

  We are looking for an happy positive couple, two gitrlks or a boy and a girl,, hgood if one of the two has a driving licence to drive our car once in awhile if needed . What we may need is mostly make ready a single house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms only when we have some guests coming, this happen in anzio mostly during summer time, and instaed in wonter this can be done in Rome , with a smaller house, just 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, during the winter months, so you can alternate your stay beetwen Anzio and Rome, so that y6ou can discover the seaside but also the big capital of Italy.
  t can happen sometimes to do a little maintenance,cleaning outside, painting, maybe wash the bike and basic tasks like that, so easy, basic maintenance.
  As told above some other days can enjoy with creative creations as we love handicraft jewelry or clothes and we can manage together, and you can sell it and earn some extra money for yourself .
  My grandparents have already a maid that came regularly to clean their house, so what we require is just to have somebody that we can trust, kind, nice and supportive.
  My granparents house is very nice and there is a big garden with a swimming pool, The area is residential and quiet, but close to the train to Rome (50 minute trip, every hour, and we will pay to go there when you go for the house in rome, ) and at 1 km from the sea and beaches , and 3 km from the center which is a nice and small town by the sea, with great beaches.

  Accommodation

  We have a guests house where we can host you, with a double bed, private bathroom and kitchen fully equipped with Owen , 2 refrigerators, and washing machine too, open space outside to enjoy. . there is a lot of privacy as the two houses are separated by a private road.
  We don't provide food as you may prepare your own meal using the kitchen in your place, but I know my granparents will offer you some good italian food when they can and cook for themselves, so sometimes you will taste italian real cooking.. we ask only 15 hours of your time in a week, so about 3 hours for 5 day, 2 days off for each of you.

  What else ...

  We require just few hours of your time, max 3 hours a day, and many days when no guests are coming you will be tortally free, so it is all very flexible, easy and practicaòlp, so you have plenty of free time to enjoy your stay at only one hour from Rome and pratically by the sea, wich is very nice in winter too. wait for your fast replay, sure you will enjoy our home.
