  Hello everyone, we are Mena and Octavio. Last year we bought a house in the countryside of Chiclana de la Frontera, less than 10 minutes from the beach, where we live together with our children Rosa (13) and Pablo (11), Stitch (dog), Myriam (cat) . We are surrounded by fields, and one hour from the Sierra de Cádiz. The Chiclana house is 6/7 from the center of Chiclana and next to wonderful beaches with fine sand and where you can surf. Less than 2 km there is a bus stop to go to the center, there are buses every hour. We like nature (Octa is passionate about birds), we have a garden that feeds us. Currently we need workawayers who can help us with masonry, DIY, gardening, garden cleaning. Sometimes you also have to bring the children to the bus stop and pick them up, and in the afternoon you have to take them to extracurricular activities (conservatory and flamenco class). We also need collaboration and help at home, cleaning and sometimes cooking. That's why we look for help from someone with a lot of will, orderly, serious, responsible, with initiative (who sees what needs to be done, without us always having to say it, because this is tiring), collaborative, sociable, who wants to integrate into our family life. , that involves children etc.. come on I want someone awake... We want a responsible, organized and collaborative person who will do his or her part of the housework. At home you have to be like another member of the family so you have to do everything that needs to be done... then there will be your free time and of course two days off.
  In reality it is not a lot of work but daily collaboration. For example, every day, after picking up your own things, you have to sweep the floor because a lot of dirt gets in. From time to time you have to mop the floor. Twice a week you have to clean the bathroom used by the workawaier and the children, we have another bathroom. After all the meals we have to wash the dishes and clean up the kitchen, as needed we take turns. In the afternoon, as needed, we take turns taking and picking up the children. During the day, this is the routine that will take up Max 2/3 hours. Later, when Octa is free, he starts doing masonry and needs help. The rest of the time there is freedom and you also have 2 days off.   Hola a todos, somos Mena y Octavio.
  El año pasado hemos comprado una casa en el campo de Chiclana de la Frontera, a menos de 10 minutos de la playa, donde vivimos juntos a nuestros hijos Rosa (13) y Pablo(11), Stitch (perro), Myriam (gata).
  Estamos rodeados de campos, y a una hora de la Sierra de Cádiz.
  La casa de Chiclana està a 6/7 del centro de Chiclana y a lado de playas maravillosas de arena fina y donde se puede surfear. A menos de 2 km hay una parada de autobús para ir al centro, hay autobuses cada hora.
  Nos gusta la naturaleza (Octa es apasionado de aves), tenemos un huerto que nos da de comer.
  Actualmente necesitamos workawayers que puedan ayudarnos con cosas de albañilería, bricolaje , huerto, limpieza del jardin. También a veces hay que acercar y recoger a los niños a la parada de autobús , y por la tarde hay que llevarlos a las actividades extraescolares (conservatorio y a clase de flamenco). También necesitamos colaboración y ayuda en casa, ordenar limpiar y a veces cocinar. Yo me ocupo normalmente de cocinar (Mena).
  Por eso buscamos ayuda de alguien con mucha voluntad, ordenado, serio, responsable, con iniciativa ( que vea lo que hay que hacer) colaborador, sociable, comunicativo que quiera integrarse a nuestra vida familiar, que involucre los niños etc .. vamos quiero alguien despierto...
  Queremos una persona responsable, ordenada y colaboradora, que haga su parte de la tarea doméstica. En casa hay que estar como un miembro más de la familia entonces hay que hacer todo los que hay que hacer .. después habrán su tiempo libre y por supuesto dos días libres.
  En realidad no es mucho trabajo pero colaboración cotidiana.
  Por ejemplo todos los días, después de recoger su propias cosas, hay que barrer el suelo porque entra mucha tierra
  De vez en cuando hay que fregar el suelo.Dos veces a la semana hay que limpiar el baño que utilizan el workawaier y los niños, nosotros tenemos otro baño. Después de todas las comidas hay que lavar los platos y recoger bien la cocina, según necesidades nos turnamos. Por la tarde según necesidad nos turnamos para llevar y recoger los niños.En el día día está es la rutina que ocupará Max 2/3 horas . Después cuando Octa está libre se pone a hacer albañilería y necesita ayuda. El resto del tiempo hay libertad y además tenéis 2 días libres.
  Quiero precisar que no tenemos wifi pero yo puedo compartir mis datos que son ilimitados y además estamos dispuestos a comprar una tarjeta o a pagar datos a quien lo necesita.
  Por eso aceptamos también nómades digitales.
  
  Por favor queremos solo personas sería y de palabra, que cumplan con lo que digan y con buena actitud.

L'anno scorso abbiamo acquistato una casa nella campagna di Chiclana de la Frontera, a meno di 10 minuti dalla spiaggia, dove viviamo insieme ai nostri figli Rosa (13) e Pablo (11). Siamo circondati da campi e ad un'ora dalla Sierra de Cádiz. La casa Chiclana si trova a 6/7 dal centro di Chiclana e vicino a meravigliose spiagge di sabbia fine dove è possibile fare surf. A meno di 2 km c'è la fermata dell'autobus per andare in centro, ci sono autobus ogni ora.
  Ci piace la natura (Octa è appassionato di uccelli), abbiamo un giardino che ci nutre e abbiamo un gatto (Myriam) e un cane Bodeguero (Stitch). Inoltre stiamo attualmente cercando workaway che possano aiutarci a casa perché ci sono ancora cose da fare (muratura, bricolage, ecc.). A volte si deve andare a portare o a prendere i bambini alla fermata del bus e nel pomeriggio poi, a volte, abbiamo bisogno di portare o prendere i bambini dal centro al conservatorio e al corso di flamenco. Abbiamo bisogno anche di collaborazione e aiuto in casa, nelle pulizie e talvolta nella cucina. Per questo cerchiamo aiuto da qualcuno volenteroso. Vogliamo una persona responsabile, organizzata e collaborativa che svolga la sua parte dei lavori domestici
  Preciso che non abbiamo il Wi-Fi ma posso condividere i miei dati che sono illimitati e siamo anche disponibili ad acquistare una scheda o pagare internet a chi ne ha bisogno.
  Ecco perché accettiamo anche nomadi digitali.
  Per favore no perditempo, ossia persone che pensano di poter fare due cose in casa per poter viaggiare, bisogna integrarsi nella famiglia e capirne i bisogni così come noi proviamo a fare con i volontari.
  Vogliamo persone sveglie , che vedano i bisogni anche se noi spiegheremo tutto, ma a volte capita che per fretta le cose nn si dicono, ma si vedono
  Il loro tempo libero è sacrosanto però bisogna collaborare.

  Help

  We want someone who is organized, who picks up their things, with their own initiative, sociable, with good habits (waking up early...) and who helps us keep the house and garden clean every day. We also need help with garden cleaning, masonry, landscaping and DIY work. We want someone awake who acts when they see something dirty or knows what to do in a house in a family. That he is sociable so that we can get to know each other and get along better, that he interacts with children and that he likes them. We want one more member but he must behave as such, collaborating, dialoguing and having his free time and his days off... Obviously we love to welcome new culture into our lives but I prefer to be clear because lately I have had bad experiences. Currently I (Mena) am not working but I will start in a short time and then we will have organizational problems because it is difficult for us to take and pick up the children to the school bus and to their activities and sometimes they are left alone... That is why we look for company and help from someone . We live in the countryside and we need a car for everything. The family is far away and there are few neighbors, and we don't see each other much, so we have no help and it is difficult to organize our daily lives. The children are already quite big, so they don't need a lot of care but we have to follow them so that they do their things at home (organize, clean, give them guidelines for studying, etc.) We take care of that but sometimes the children listen more to a person outside the house. the family that parents and in adolescence would also be a good help.
  
  Queremos alguien ordenado, que recoga sus cosas, con iniciativa propria, sociable, con buena costumbres ( despertarse pronto...) y que nos ayude a tener la casa y el jardín limpios todos los días. También necesitamos ayuda en la limpieza en el jardín, albañilería, jardineria y trabajos de bricolaje .
  Queremos alguien despierto que actúe cuando vea algo sucio o sabe lo que hay que hacer en una casa en una familia. Que sea sociable para poder conocernos y llevarnos mejor, que interactúe con los niños y que le gusten. Nosotros queremos un miembro más pero como tal se debe portar, colaborando, dialogando y teniendo su tiempo libre y sus días libres ..
  Obviamente nos encanta acoger nueva cultura en nuestra vida pero prefiero ser clara porque últimamente he tenido malas experiencias.
  Actualmente yo (Mena ) no estoy trabajando pero en poco tiempo empiezo y entonces tendremos problemas de organización porque nos resulta difícil llevar y recoger a los niños al autobús escolar y a sus actividades y a veces se quedan solos... Por eso buscamos compañía y ayuda de alguien . Vivimos en el campo y necesitamos coche para todo. La familia está lejos y hay pocos vecinos, y no nos vemos mucho, por eso no tenemos ayuda y es difícil organizarnos el día a dia. Los niños ya son bastante grandes, entonces no necesitan muchos cuidados pero hay que seguirlo para que hagan sus cosas en casa (ordenar, limpiar, darle pautas para estudiar etc) De eso nos encargamos nosotros pero a veces los niños escuchan más una persona fuera de la familia que los padres y en la adolescencia serían Tambien una buena ayuda.

  En casa tenemos una habitación para ofrecer El Campo mide sobre 4000 m2 entonces no hay problemas en aparcar, o en poner una caravana. tb se puede poner tiendas. El sitio es precioso, a meno de diez minutos de la playa y a 10/15 minutos de la ciudad de Chiclana que tiene como 80.000 abitantes.

  Puede tener sus mascotas pero el problema que tenemos es que el jardín no está vallado. Mi perro está acostumbrado y ya no se pierde cuando se va de paseo pero un perro nuevo no se qué pasaria. Para los gatos el problema es mi perro que le corre detrás y mi gata que es poco sociable, pero a lo mejor quien tiene caravana lo tiene más fácil
