I had a wonderful experience staying with Cheryl.
She is an amazing host who did her best to fulfill my needs and to show me the area.
We had much time off to go kajaking, hiking, riding the bikes down to a nearby lake to go swimming, visiting the farmers market, meeting her friends or just enjoying a book in her gorgeous garden. We also had

The meals were always healthy and delicious (especially her rhubarb muffins), with local fruit and vegetables from Cheryls garden. We often cooked togeter and even made our own yogurt and pasta.
The work was a variety of tasks like weeding, harvesting or making firewood, from which I was able to pick and create my own schedule.
Overall, I felt very welcomed and at home and can strongly recommend Cheryl as a host for everyone who wants to experience one of Canadas most amazing areas. You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Mara was a complete joy to host overall from the first very clear communication to hugging her good bye at the bus, She joyfully completed the daily tasks, cleaned up after herself, was respectful of house rules and cognizant of her surroundings at all times. I especially enjoyed her outgoing personallity and easy going nature. She accompanied me

My stay at Cheryl‘s was amazing.
Cheryl always let me choose between several tasks and let me decide when I do them. Work was never hard, but always enjoyable, because she never demanded too much. I was able to structure my day the way I wanted to, which I really appreciated.
Cheryl took care of my dietary needs and the food was always healthy

Cheryl included me into her life. She introduced me to her friends and let me join her wherever she went. She took me many beautiful places through hiking, kayaking and biking. She really made an effort to give me the best possible experience in Terrace. We shared some deep conversations and I was happy to gain her as a music and art companion.
Cheryl is an inspiring and open-minded human being.
I am glad I was able to make a friend in Terrace.

My hosting experience with Luke was first class all the way. He was wonderful and easy to be around, communicated clearly from our first exchange until saying good bye. Was extremely helpful with domestic duties and always asked if he could be of assistance in daily household chores and cleaned up after himself as well as being self sufficient in

Luke has many years of experience working in a wide variety of senerios using all manner of tools and equipment. He needed no instruction to efficiently and safely complete any task thrown at him. He is also extremely strong and tireless working like a machine through some monotonus tasks.

I had a fantastic experience staying with Cheryl at her peaceful property on the edge of Terrace. She is a very hospitable woman, eager to make sure her guests are well fed, comfortable, and happy doing what they are doing.
Food was great - varied, healthy, and very tasty. Homemade baking and plenty of supplies made for a waistline expanding

I was treated to kayaking excursions, cross-country skiing, let loose on hiking trails, and got to meet friends in the local area. Cheryl goes out of her way to make sure you have a very positive experience, recommending things to see, as well as taking you out to make sure you get to experience whatever Terrace and surrounds has to offer.
For all her fine hospitality Cheryl didn't expect a great deal of work in return and was laid-back about what got done with no strict regime. Sometimes we worked together, sometimes alone but work was light and varied, largely revolving around grounds keeping and the garden area.
Would thoroughly recommend Cheryl as a first class host who is interested in travellers and getting to know guests. She is interesting herself, enjoys exploration and music, and is a great tour guide. We shared some good conversations and I thoroughly enjoyed her company.

My stay with Cheryl and Sande in Terrace was a serious delight. Firstly you will be getting some of the most premium food there is. Cheryl is a phenomenal cook. Her seafood dishes are gourmet, were talking Salmon, Oolichan, Scallops, and Crab. Even ate some of the best deer meat ive ever had. Besides the cuisine the landscape is gorgeous and

Friday night bonfires out there are a joyous occasion that seem to act as a magnet for musicians who come and sing their melodies. The work was a variety of chores around the property. Which usually did not take nearly 5 hours to complete leaving ample time to explore the luxurious surrounding landscapes. They took me in and made me feel like family!
Much Love and Thanks for Hosting!
