    Description

We are an international non-profit 501(C)(3) Registered in the State of Maryland , USA in which works in Conservation , leadership education, and Agro-Ecological Transitioning. Here in the Republic of Ecuador we have our areas of Work in the Province of Loja, Ecuador where we are opening up and inviting different types of Volunteers and professionals , and families to join in this effort to work in the field with locals to mobilize conscious practices of agronomy and riparian system awareness.
Our Non profit holds Convenios with The Ministry of Education , The District of Loja - The local City and municipal Government , The University National de Loja and other local associations in the State.

Our non Profit will immerse you in to a family experience in which as a researcher you can collect or assist in the collection of data in which justifies impact analysis / Evaluation and existing monitoring programs in Specific programs in the area.
Depending on your experience and profile and goals we will be able to pair you with a family or some of the local students to work together in a one of a kind experience here in the tropical highlands of Ecuador.

    * Important to know at least an intermediate level of Spanish for immersive engagement. Lower levels are still welcome, however in our experience with international students and volunteers, the level of engagement varies and will feel a little awkward and out of place.

    * We Require a minimum of one month volunteering , depending on the project it requires a lot of training time and resources to take on a volunteer and guarantee a wonderful and enriching experience all around. One month volunteers are mostly helping in a farm exchange , However volunteers and professionals who Stay for a greater period than three months will get to see and understand the mechanics and operations of international grassroots development work.
We highly recommend specialist professionals to apply their experience and knowledge in these dynamic and fascinating areas of work in which we develop.

You will be intrigued with your reception and stay , here you will have a low key experience of a lifetime , and we encourage passionate engaging youth and professionals who like to interact and exchange with locals , real locals , on a significant and manful level to share culture virtue , perspective and insight towards happy healthy and meaningful life.

We also make a special invitation to families looking to have a family exchange as well. We have seen great impacts in the mix of national and international children sharing and playing together in rural communities and the exchange between families are always so profound and of value. Please contact us for more information if you are a family , more than a volunteering experience , this is something that harvest incredible value on the human level , we have seen how grateful and happy families are for the chance and experience on this end.

The Model Family's we work with and support are change agents that provide pillars of support for community development indicatives and reinforce the change theory being applied.
