Description
I last updated July 2024. Please understand currently in Puerto Rico it is rainy/hurricane season. With August, September, October (especially September) chances of hurricanes are possible. You can do some research on Puerto Rico, and learn about pass hurricanes, and the aftermaths. The property in Sabana Grande is somewhat secluded without a vehicle harder to get around. The Riñcon property you are in walking distance of everything you need beaches, restaurants, bars, stores everything you need ☺️. I travel everyday for work so I'm always up and about. Here's a little about me, and my lifestyle. We will schedule a phone conversation, and go more in detail. Peace and love.
I live on my aunt and uncle’s property in Sabana Grande, and also rent an apartment in Riñcon with my 15-year-old son.
We take care of a dog we rescued from the streets named Mango, who’s possibly a German Shepard and Husky mix. He is very well behaved and friendly, and spends almost all of the time outside. He lives in Sabana Grande.
There are two houses on one acre of land. My aunt and uncle live in one house, and my son and I live in the other. We have a few chickens, a duck, two sheep, and one goat living on the land in Sabana Grande.
I'm looking for someone who is interested in staying for two weeks. The stay could be longer if we find the right person. I can host one person, but possibly two if one stays in Riñcon and the other stays in Sabana Grande. In Riñcon we plan on making a small room for a sleeping area for guests.
I work cleaning coconut palm trees, and helping people with their land projects. I work nearly every day, plus I maintain the land, two houses, and care for the animals.
Because I’m occupied with multiple projects at once, I could highly benefit from a helping hand. Certain areas that I needed assistance with are:
- Keeping the house's tidy
- Cooking meals (I will provide ingredients)
- Occasional building, fixing, or painting things
- Garden, nursery, planting
- Feeding the animals
You will have plenty of alone time while I am at work and my son is at school, as well as time to dedicate towards any leisure activities or hobbies you may have. We will commune together at the end of the day.
If you are interested in this living arrangement, please schedule a phone call with me so we can discuss in more detail.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
There's a world of hidden knowledge about agriculture and caring for livestock. Coconuts in particular have a ton of benefits and uses unbeknownst to many people, and are particularly dear to me.
Spending time at the ocean and surfing is a big part of our lives.
My aunt and uncle are retired army personnel with incredible stories to share.
Overall, you’ll get a chance to be part of peaceful areas of Puerto Rico.Help

What else ...
Puerto Rico is an island rich in natural beauty, arts and culture, and things to do, see, and discover. There are countless reasons to love this land and its people!
We personally love to spend our free time soaking up the sun on the beaches, cooling off in the rivers, foraging for fruit in the forests, and hanging out with our friends and family. You’ll certainly find something here that piques your interest and makes it easy to live in the moment and fully enjoy it!
In terms of transportation, you would be welcome to tag along with me in my work truck on some adventures or spend the night at the beach with me and my son, although I do not have a vehicle that you can borrow.A little more information
