Maria was lovely. She is a teacher and it was extremely helpful as she helped my twins with their homework,
She carried out her responsibilities to perfection.
We highly recommend Maria.
I loved this experience and can highly reccomend . The family is lovely and very welcoming. I immediately felt like part of the family . They even had a birthday party for me. Raji and Sean became friends and I'm so grateful for their kindness . The girls I took care of were so sweet and respectful and we bonded well . The location is great,
… read more central and close to all transportation . The work consists of getting the girls ready for school, taking them , shopping for Raji, picking the girls up and helping with homework and washing dishes after dinner. Raji made me delicious food every night and always very interested to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed. I honestly felt right at home, and am very grateful for this experience .
Thank you and hope to see you again .

Looking for the BEST location in London and an amazing host family? This is the one!! This was my first workaway and it was absolutely incredible. I stayed with Raji and her family for about 3 months and during my time I was able to explore London and experience so many new things.
First of all, the kids are amazing. I stay in touch with them
… read more and miss them always <3. I had a lot of fun playing games with them, going to the park, and doing arts and crafts. Each kid is talented in their own way and it was so fun to watch them excel and explore their passions.
One thing I really loved was how helpful Raji was with helping me navigate the city, finding good food and night life, and also traveling outside of the city on some weekends. She had so many recommendations for me and really helped me have a great experience. I also loved that I had my own private area and room where I could go have time for myself. The area of London that they are in is the best for coffee, pastries and long walks. One other amaaaaazing thing to add is Raji is literally the best cook ever. I miss her food!! I also learned so much from her and can’t wait to try out some new recipes. In summary, this was such a good workaway and I am so so happy I have a second family in london now❤️You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.
