Description
Hey everybody, I am brand new to this as a host! I've done workaways myself in South America and finally have a space where I'm able to start hosting my own :)
I'm Sam! 34, living with my beautiful pup River on a cattle farm in the South West of WA.
I am leasing a small lot of land where I'm building a tiny house, some garden beds and a few other projects. It's a beautiful spot on the edge of a magnificent lake around 15 minutes drive from Donnybrook.
I'm a qualified Carpenter and animal lover, with a Magpie that I have rescued and the most lovely Border Collie x Australian Shepherd.
Looking for some help with keeping on top of my food garden and finishing my build.
I also spend part of the week working building houses down in Margaret River so would be great to have someone home to look after the animals and gardens while I'm away.
To share in the cooking also would be amazing, we have access to so much organic fresh produce here but I'm more motivated to cook nice meals when it's for others too!
I'm also very passionate about plant based medicines, particularly for Cancer treatment. Which I would be happy to teach anyone who is interested.Types of help and learning opportunities

I've got a lot to teach anyone interested in learning, from construction to medicine. Living off-grid, growing your own food etc.
I've spent a lot of time travelling the world looking for the truth of it all, so I appreciate anyone open minded.Help
I'm looking for help in;
My Food Gardens, I have build 10 4 metre long fully organic garden beds, a chicken enclosure and planted some fruit trees. Stone fruits, Citrus and Apples etc.
My Tiny House, I've completed the outside of the house including full off-grid electrical system but still have some work to do inside. Design concepts, small construction jobs etc. I'm a Carpenter and all round handyman so also have a lot to teach in that area.
Looking after the animals, I have a dog and a bird and am a wildlife rescuer. So there many be more in the future. I'd love to rescue some a baby duck or a cockatoo but would need to build an enclosure.
Cooking! I love to cook. I don't love to cook for one, or to have to do the dishes when I'm done. Help sharing these jobs makes life much easier and enjoyable.Languages

Depending on the Season.
I have a campervan with a bed in it, a spare bed in the house and plenty of space to set up a tent, although it is starting to get quite cold. There is also the possibility of borrowing a friends Caravan if that is more suitable, depending on the length of stay.
All food will be provided and shared cooking the general rule is whoever cooks doesn't do the dishes. What else ...
It's a very peaceful and beautiful place with lots of nature around. Gorgeous walks and sunsets, nearby places to swim, birds and animals.
