I stayed with Nicole, Kevin, and Finn for 3,5 weeks (end of April to end of May) and went back for another 10 days in June.
The ''work'' consisted of joining Finn for a part of his walk to school and taking their lovely dog Guinnes for a walk, sitting with Finn at meals and making sure that he eats enough, weeding the front yard, and helping with

The O'Brien's are a wonderful family – they are incredibly kind, respectful, easy to talk to, and they went out of their way to give me the most perfect workaway experience. I immediately felt like a part of the family and was always considered when they made any plans. They took me everywhere I wanted to go and always made sure that I got home safely (even if it meant picking me up in the city at 11pm). When I asked if I could stay with them for an additional ten days in June (because I didn't have a nice experience with my workaway host at that time), they immediately said yes and were concerned about my well-being. When Nicole picked me up at the bus station and we arrived at their house in Winter Garden (which is, by the way, a really nice little town), it truly felt like coming home and I immediately felt so comfortable again.
I can't sufficiently put into words how grateful I am. My first workaway experience couldn't have been better and I really really hope that I will be able to see Nicole, Kevin, and Finn again in the future. This Workawayer has chosen to keep their profile private.

I was lucky to stay with this lovely family for 2 months. I had the chance to go on holiday with them and volunteer at the local nature preserve where Nicole works. Overall, it was a wonderful, cozy experience and the ideal place for me to work on my book. I got so much done thanks to their flexible schedule for me and private room. Their town is

It was a terrific experience and I'm so grateful, carrying them with me along my trip, in my heart always now.You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

We enjoyed having Amina in our house. She was comfortable spending time around our whole family. She was a great help around the house, cleaning and assisting with meals, playing with our son. She was always asking if there was more that she could do to help - our workload is fairly light and especially so while she was here during the holiday

I spent almost 5 weeks with the family, and I have to say it was the best experience so far on the Workaway site. From the first minute, I felt like part of the family, enjoyed the time we spent together, and had a lot of fun with them. They are an incredibly loving and hospitable family. There is a lot to thank them for because they have made

The help has been really simple: just minor house cleaning, helping with cooking, and occasionally some work in the garden. Then I also walked Finn to and from school, sat with him at meals, and reminded him to take more bites, which I didn't even think of as work as I loved spending time with Finn, playing with him, or discussing animals, dinosaurs, and other creatures.
So once again, I want to thank you so much for everything you have done for me, for the times we have spent together, and for accepting me as part of the family.
Saying goodbye was very hard. I already miss you incredibly, but I sincerely hope that this will not be the last time we see each other.
With love,
MonikaYou can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Gabby was a wonderful addition to our home. She was our first Workawayer and it was a wonderful experience. She very quickly learned our routine and would anticipate when we needed things completed. She was great with our son and became a part of our family during her 7 weeks with us.
