  • Description

    Hi, I'm Giulia!
I'm an Italian 26-years-old and occasionally I enjoy unplugging from the city life and experience some outdoor work!
I have a degree in Gender Studies and I am now working in a museum, but when I workaway I really enjoy working with cultivations (I picked grapes in France this year), working with animals and in general I have no fear of physical labour! In my life I've been a dog-sitter and a cat-sitter, I had 3 workaways this April in FInland, Sweden and Norway and they were all about gardening, painting and more (putting down wooden floor, feeding animals, cooking)!
Throughout my life, I had the chance to do different jobs and live in different cities, and I hope that my travelling journey will be helped out by Workaway!
I believe that I am a hardworker, respectful and easygoing person, looking forward to meeting new people and new lifestyles, learning new life skills and seeing new places!
Through Workaway, I hope to find nice hosts and to be a good worker!

  • More details about your skills

I am very patient, hardworking and I speak different languages.
In the last years, I have been working in a museum (at the ticket shop and as a guard), I picked grapes in France and I was a waitress in two different places for three years while I was still studying - this gave me the chance to try the working experience and develop skills such as being responsible, patience, language development, organising, cleaning, helping tourists and not being scared of physical work! In the past, I also attended a lot of language courses in the UK (I've been to Edinburgh, Norwich, Brighton and Worthing, 2 weeks each time), living with hosts-families, so I'm used to this kind of arrangement, shared with people. I have also been sharing flat with flatmates during the last 7 years, so no problem sharing spaces!
I had 3 workaways this April 2024 in FInland, Sweden and Norway and they were all about gardening, painting and more (putting down wooden floor, feeding animals, cooking)!
I am fluent in English and Spanish (and of course Italian).
