Heyho :)
I'm Johannes, orginated in Germany but home in the world. I love being in the nature, actively by hiking, climbing, surfing, sailing or receiving by meditating, reading a good book or exploring. I enjoy meeting various people and having meaningful conversations. I'm always keen on adventures and getting different perspectives on life.

So far I've been traveling in some parts of Europe and in Asia. For a while I lived in Switzerland. Also I did an exchange year at an university in Japan and gained a lot of cultural insights and experiences.

Currently I'm traveling southwards, meeting lovely people on my way. Current goals: improve Japanese&Spanish, surfing and massage skills as well as learning of sustainable ways of living 🏞️

I'm originally from a small town in eastern Germany, where I've learned to work practically with my hands. I love to work on something, where in the end of the day I can see what I've done. Also helping out, taking care and working with people is really important for me.

Generally I'm good in solving problems. This includes computers as well as practical issues.

I had a few part time jobs, working in a hardware store, a factory, a hospital or teaching English. Also I have an engineering degree in energy technology and I'm really interested in sustainable systems for living. I have driving licenses for cars and boats (german: SBF, sailing) and also some experience. Also I worked in hospitality (Cafe).

Cultural exchange is essential for me while working and staying somewhere, especially to get a glimpse of perspectives on life and good vibes :D
Apart from that I'm easygoing, learning fast and wanna help wherever I can.
