Our project focuses on "holistic healing in Himalayas". We focus on Mind, Movement and Mountain (3M).We are in very initial stage-- So-- we are unable to offer you Physical work on farm. We offer you a FOREST RETREAT HOUSE in a small eco-village sandwiched between green lush of forest. Offbeat local ambience favors lots of cricket sound that induces good night sleep. You can feel smell of rural Nepali village mud.
I am a graduate in a Master of Arts in Movement, Mind and Ecology program at Schumacher College, UK. and Second Master in Wildlife Ecology from, INN, Evenstad, Norway. Currently working as Assistant professor of Wildlife at Agriculture and Forestry University based in Hetauda City---southern Nepal (tiger habitat)!. So, I might be less present physically, I go to Pokhara normally on weekend. My wife is a business graduate , she will guide you about the house and our project during your stay. She is certified natural mindfulness guide !!!
It would be wonderful to visit our university and share your travel experience ..it will be good to make our Himalayas better for travel, healing, regenerative economy and holistic health!
WE NEED WORKAWAYER TO SUPPORT US in DEVELOPING our PROJECT -"holistic ayurvedic healing center". WE HAVE LESS WORK IN FIELD AT THE MOMENT..WE ARE UPDATING AND GROWING GRADUALLY. WE HOST YOU IN OUR small ECO-VILLAGE HOME- "LIKE A RETREAT". YOU CAN JOIN WIFI AND SOLO EXPERINCE RURAL LIVLIHOOD .
WE WILL share ideas via zoom AND CO-CREATE ACTIVITIES ON MUTUAL AGREEMENT/ minimal compensation ( manage sanitation, water and energy of house ). you will be living in the house on your own with less work more thinking and relax. Walking in forest,,, river...listening dog bark and smell of totally rural Nepali community.

We are planning to design a vedic agro-forestry based embodied transformative experience of travelers in Pokhara Valley. It is rooted in the belief that there is delicate balance of human and environmental health.
• Our program will promote cross-cultural transformational travel exchange bringing student in parks of Nepal Himalaya. We will reduce carbon footprints of travel by wood –apple plantation on Himalayan river beds.
• you will immerse in cultural and natural wilderness therapy with Himalayan Rivers, mountains and melody.
• Experience natural forest sound healing and mindful tracking for re-wildling soul, spirit and body rejuvenation. We support community resilience for living with tiger and snow leopards.
Re-wild and Re-charge soul and body in Himalayas for transformative actions from indigenous wisdom as kinship with the land agency.
Right Now, Travelers, and workawayers can experience:
- relaxation in our Ayurvedic Forest Retreat Home on their own..
-see Mt. Anaapurna and Mt Fish tail range..
-Seti River sound bath.
-Forest bath
-Forest Art.
-Wild Swim.
-Birding.
-Trailing walking on their own to see and learn seven lakes Begnas, Rupa, and wetlands.
-Story telling and cultural exchange with Forestry student at Hetuda city.Ayuda
We request support in : permaculture, biodynamic farming, yoga, wildlife tracking and sound healing, fund raising and charity for transformative travel. We offer a house for stay. Guests are free to make their own food. HOUSE WILL BE SOLELY USED BY WORKAWAYER'S.
Three specific help we expect right now are in MIND, MOVEMENT and MOUNTAIN domains:

2. In evening you will go for forest bath, wild harvest and bring leaf manure for holistic ayurvedic garden. (4 pm-6 pm).
3. Depends on your skills and time we co-create digital tasks like content creating, charity tasks, ecsatic dance, video curation and story telling on cultural immersion.
We offer activities in general as:
1.Positive emotions : experiencing positive feelings such as joy, calmness, and happiness in rural village life.
2. Engagement: we offer engaged vedic agro-forestry activities.
3.Relationships: feeling loved, valued, and connected with other people and soil though art.

I can teach Nepali..Alojamiento
Founded in 2020, the Wild Nepal, over the last year, we have land for forest camping and a concrete house to host classes and accommodations for mentors. We have 1.14 acre of land for forest camping along with a concrete house with 6 rooms (shared kitchen and bathrooms) to host accommodation for our wilderness/forest therapy mentor/co-partner for Himalayan nature connection course design.
We provide a house to accommodate . Guest can order organic food from village or nearby town! We are not sharing food and space in the house. However, teach Nepali Cuisine together. You are free to use kitchen at your choice co-operating with other fellow workawayers in house as well. So, house will be good for more than two workawayers to stay together. We ask volunteers to bring their country flag or something that represent your country in our garden. We expect project partnership as a reward for your stay, time and experience sharing.
We dream to design holistic healing in Himalayas and wood apple plantation project.Algo más...
During your time off:
1.You can go for seasonal wild harvest like--- Centella asiatica, golden raspeberry, fishing (we provide ayurvedic plant identification guide).
2. We recommend going wild swimming in waterfall with natural spring for self discovery and wilderness awareness.
3. Pokhara lake side is nearby and you can see 360 view of Pokhara valley with Himalayan mountain range from the forest hill top following old forest path .
As a professor of wildlife and deep ecologist native to Himalayas we encourage cultural immersion through earth friendly conversations for community engagement. We expect help in developing our dream project through volunteer support in developing fundraising and charity for this project. Unless we start farm …..Most work will be soft (digital) and storytelling. We need kind heart, dirty hands and forest friendly head :) we vision to support wood apple plantation in Nepal as well as research support to my students in wildlife tourism through our organization
Location--- house is located 35 minutes drive from center and 45 minutes drive from Pokhara Lakeside. If you are adventurous to walk through suspension bridge it is just 25 minutes walk from the Pokhara-Kathmandu Highway. Taxi normally takes NRS 1000 to reach the house from city center.
Please do not forget to plant a flower seedling or tree sapling in our purposed holistic healing center before you leave. We will bring plant!!!!
Specifically, we believe, your presence, talks and embodied walk in village trail will motivate young kids and youths not to pollute trails with plastic ( IT IS HARD in Nepali context --unless it is environmental day or immediate BENEFITS). LET US ENGAGE with WORDS and ACTION!Un poco más de información
