  We are a small family with one 8-year-old son. My wife works in town as a GP's practice manager and I practice art from home and as a gallery technician at an art gallery. The property is a 15-minute walk to the CBD but close to the hills for nice walks. The room is cosy and warm. The house is on a quiet residential street that backs onto a river. We also have a pool but it's not heated!

  We speak english, go for walks, eat ice cream, and MTB rides. You are welcome to join us on these walks or trips. We also have a paddleboard and a spare bike you can borrow. Flexi working hours are also an option.

  Ajuda

  We want someone to help prepare our wooden weatherboard house for painting. This would be sanding, scraping, filling, and possibly painting it. All appropriate equipment and PPE will be provided. It's the sort of work you listen to music or a podcast while doing. I will be on hand to help and give advice if required. On days when the weather is poor, we can find other maintenance tasks or cooking. Flexi working hours are also an option.

  We have a detached guest house with an ensuite for you to stay in (very nice) With the main kitchen and open plan living in the main house. There are some dates already booked during this period, on those days you would need to move into our main house's double bedroom (also very nice). If someone takes up our offer we will then block out our guest houses availability on rental sites so you have most of your stay in the guesthouse. All cooking is done in the main house due to the kitchenette being too small for anything other than toast or drinks

  There are many things to do around Nelson, often the hiking tracks are best walked in winter because there are fewer tourists on them.

  I have a 3D animation studio in the front lounge, with a spare height-adjustable desk and an Aeron chair. I'm trying to learn the Unreal engine, if you know anything about this then great.
