We are located directly on a beautiful island white sand beach. There are 11 beaches in total on our tiny beautiful island.
We welcome you to come and enjoy the island life with us 🏝️

  • Help

    Help

As a volunteer we are looking for assistance with the following:

Construction and maintenance: We are currently renovating and need help from volunteers who have some experience in that area. Maintaniance and checking over existing jobs, organizing areas, painting and random tasks etc

Changing, folding sheets, laundry: if the hotel is very busy, you may need to help change the beds after check-out and prepare them for new guests.
 Cleanliness and good general disposition

We are looking for someone who is friendly and whilst on property can say hello to our lovely guests just to make sure they are doing okay. Since we have so few rooms the property has a more intimate feel and being friendly is a quality we look for in all volunteers :)

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Since we are located on a small remote island, we do have limited space, and as such we can only house 1-2 volunteers at a time.
We have had our property for approximately 25 years so we know the area extremely well… we’ve also been hosting guests on our property for over a decade and would love to share our knowledge with others.
We welcome anyone who is friendly with a positive attitude to apply.
The area is breathtakingly gorgeous. The pearl islands are made up of hundreds of tiny islands with beautiful turquoise waters.
There’s some tiny islands that are made up completely of sand, and only accessible during low tide. Some islands in the area are completely uninhabited, which makes them very special to visit :)
The history of the Pearl Islands dates back into the 15th & 16th century when the Cocle and Cueva indigenous tribes lived amongst the Islands. You will have the chance to visit the neighbouring island where one of the oldest churches in Panama is as well as meet some of local Saboganians who are descendants of this tribe.
