    Description

Hello everybody, we are Eva and Sebastian.
after travelling in Asia and Oceania for 15 months, we came back to Austria. Here we started building our Tiny House. We've learned many skills during the Tiny House build and enjoyed living in it full time until we became a family of three. We still love our Tiny House and there are always a few finishing touches and maintenance to do. The Tiny House is an eco-build with natural materials (wooden framing, clay walls, wooden walls, natural insulation, ...) and was a DIY-project from the very beginning on.

Now our Tiny House is located on a beautiful organic farm close to the town center of Waidhofen/Ybbs where we live and work.

At the moment we have many projects going on at the farm. As you might can imagine, there is always something to do and learn on an organic farm. We have cows, pigs, chickens and cats which we have to take care of. We have also a beautiful organic garden and a nice household where we could need your help.
Our lovely little daughter (she is 2 years old) is our most important member of the crew and would be happy if you play with her from time to time :)

As we are very interested in permaculture and learned a lot on our travels we are open to share and also learn and hear new things from you :)

We are looking forward to hosting you!

    Accommodation

Our Tiny House found a new beautiful spot in the same village on an organic farm with wonderful views and not far from the town center of Waidhofen/Ybbs. Workawayers would have their own private room and bathroom. There is lots of space in the farmhouse and it's surrounded by a beautiful organic garden and orchards.

Concerning food: We used to be vegan and vegetarian in the past. But as we started working on the organic farm we started eating our own products as well, which are eggs, milk and meat. Besides that we enjoy all kinds of veggies from our big organic garden.

We are open to any kind of diets...and respect all forms of eating habits.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Working times are flexible, we can talk about that in the beginning to arrange our daily schedules (max. 25h/week).

Our hometown is located in the Pre-Alps-Region and provides beautiful scenic views and many hiking trails all around. Also there is a nice river flowing through the town, where you can take a swim. The small town (12000 inhabitants) has an old historical background and a pretty-looking town center. There's an old castle and lots of towers to visit, it's also called the "Town of Towers" :)

Waidhofen/Ybbs is located between Vienna and Linz.
Public transport is easily available, there are regular bus and train connections:
    - 1 1/2 hour to Vienna
    - 1 hour to Linz
    - 2 hours to Salzburg
