Description
I'm Luna, 31 years old, from Brazil. I'm a yoga and Portuguese teacher who quit my job in business after 6 years working in marketing to travel around the world in 2018. Travel has been one of the best choices I've made, allowing me to learn and experience new cultures.
Meeting new people, making friends, and finding new challenges while helping others and the environment have made life feel more meaningful. After months of traveling, I discovered the world of volunteering and online work, which opened even more doors. I graduated as a Yoga teacher in India in 2019 while also teaching English online, primarily focusing on kids.
Throughout my travels, I've had the opportunity to work exchange in various countries, including Portugal, Colombia, Panama, Thailand, Vietnam, Costa Rica, and Mexico. I’ve taught yoga, engaged in teaching English to children, helped with babysitting, and participated in sustainable jobs and reception roles. Each experience has enriched my understanding of different cultures and allowed me to contribute positively to the communities I've been part of.
I strongly believe that life should be filled with meaningful experiences—exchanging culture, helping the world, and nurturing the next generations. Sharing knowledge and skills is a beautiful way to live. I’m a talkative, easygoing, and caring person who loves to help others. My skills include yoga, meditation, teaching, and working in tourism.
Through yoga, I’ve learned to balance life and live in the present moment, connecting with our inner selves while embracing gratitude, kindness, and joy.
