Multilingual Content Creator Lead
We’re looking for a creative, strategic Multilingual Content Creator Lead to help bring the Workaway brand to life for LATAM audiences. You'll be responsible for producing, localizing, and scaling high-quality Spanish and Portuguese content across blog, email, video, and social platforms.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are a native or fluent Spanish speaker with professional-level Portuguese
- Have 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or editorial roles
- Have proven ability to develop and execute content strategies
- Have strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats (social, blog, video)
- Have deep understanding of LATAM travel, social media culture and creator trends
- Are a self-starter with excellent project management, communication and organisational skills
- Are proficient in SEO, and have hands-on experience with market and keyword research to optimise content
- Huge bonus: familiarity with Canva and any video editing tools
- Are passionate about the Workaway idea and promoting the philosophy behind our platform

SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Strategist
Focus: Own visibility in Google’s AI-generated results, featured snippets, and voice search. Run regular audits to advise and support optimised content or technical actions.
Head of Growth
Workaway is community first and has grown based on word of mouth and reputation. We are looking to expand further and this is a new and exciting position as part of that journey.
Focus: Leads Workaway’s user and revenue growth by owning acquisition, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and monetisation strategy. Responsible for optimizing the full user funnel through data-driven decision making, managing CAC/LTV, and aligning growth initiatives across marketing, product, and lifecycle teams.
We are looking for:
- Seven plus years in growth marketing or product led growth roles. Experience running and building remote marketing, sales and growth teams.
- Experience scaling a marketplace consumer platform or SaaS
- Strong SEO and conversion optimisation background
- Experience with Affiliate marketing and community lead engagement
- Data driven experimental mindset
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Passion for travel community or global experiences is essential
