I enjoy a wide variety of activities such as swimming, cycling, hiking, yoga, reading, singing and also cooking (not that i'm any good). But i'm always willing to try new activities :)

Hey!
My name is Heidi, I'm 23 years old and i'm from Kent, England.
Currently i'm living in Germany with my dad, learning german and trying to establish my life here but I wish to travel for the summer and to get out of my comfort zone.
I wish to learn different skills and make friends on the way. I am mainly passionate about animals and environmental issues so learning about permaculture and ways to live more sustainably are at the forefront of my interests but any form of work where I feel like I am making a difference, whether that's individually or socially is where I find happiness and will motivate me to work as hard as I can.

I am half German but I have been unable to speak the language for my entire life, so in October I moved here to live with my dad and I started a German Course. I finish my course in July and afterwards I plan on travelling around Germany, to not only explore different parts of this beautiful country but to also improve my German and see if i have any kind of future here. Currently, I would definitely find it useful to converse with someone who can help me improve. But also someone who in the future I can maybe visit and explore their way of living in Germany.

Was noch ...

In my free time I do a lot of physical exercise such as swimming and cycling and I also practice a lot of Yoga. I have no preference about board games but challenging ones such as chess are always fun to play.
I also enjoy singing, reading and just being out in natural environments.
I have spent my life going straight from school and into work so I don't have a lot of skills but I'm always willing to try new things.
