  Description

  Coffee wae is a coffe shop space located in the centre of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in addition to coffee shops we have a workshop studio for the production of manual expresso makers and milk steamers, this time coffeewae held a workaway residency program aimed at collective work for cultural exchange and creativity, we opened a collective application to coffemakers who wanted to collaborate with us. The programmes and agendas that we will work on are:

  Workshop.
  We held a demo workshop on making our manual expresso maker and milk steamer.
  
  Tasting coffee varieties from Indonesia.
  We offer tasting activities of various coffee varieties in Indonesia.
  
  Coffee plantation tour.
  We organise exploration agenda to coffee plantation and tour to coffee rosting home industry.
  
  Music jamming.
  In our spare time we can do art activities such as music jamming and drawing.
  
  Campervan.
  We organise camping/campervan trips at the end of sessions and on holidays.
  
  
  This collaboration is scheduled to realise the activities that have been progamkan in order to realise the big concept of coffee and creativity work, as for what we offer besides coffee, this creative space can be a forum for education and cultural exchange.
  
  
  Workplace
  Participants in the residency programme will gain a lot of experience and information, especially in the field of coffee and creative products, we need a coffemaker / barista for collective work, when the participants have finished their activities and the team will be free for exploration of natural culture and the surrounding environment.

  When the volunteer have finished their activities, we as the host and team will be flexible to the volunteers to explore the surrounding nature, such as rivers, waterfalls, sunset spots on the beach, see the incandescent lava that comes out of the top of Mount Merapi every 5 minutes,
  Public transport is used for mobility and motorbike or other rentals are available.
