    Description

Buenas, thank you for visiting our site!

Who are we? We are a Christian organization and registered in the USA as a non-profit organization which is empowering Indigenous Mexican children and adults through vocational training, general education and providing shelters for family’s and single mums. Our facility is about 4 hectares, the amount of families on our property is changing most of the time we are about 30 – 40 people. We do a lot of different projects, which are constantly changing or growing, depending on the needs and the donations. Here some examples of current projects or programs we want to start: starting to grow organic vegetables (the green house is finished), helping Oaxaca Indigenous Children to go to school educate people in various fields like car repairing, hairdresser and so one. Read more about that further down in the text.

The first generation of kids is already young adults now and made their dream come true to become a pastor, nurse, teacher, business woman and man, farmer and so much more. Now it is time to work together with the next generation. As u can see Kevin started this a long time ago. He is originally from south Korea but moved to the US in 1974 (Philadelphia and Los Angeles. In 2001 Kevin came to Mexico as a Christian missionary and never left again. Since then our organization is growing with a lot of passion for education and awesome volunteers from all over the world.

    What do we need?
At first someone does the administration and coordination .
like checking incoming bills, but also the coordination between different volunteers and projects.
This position would help us to accept more volunteers.
This means responsibility from the beginning of the application until the volunteers leave.
As you can see it makes sense that we are looking for someone who is staying longer with us,
    approx for 2~6 month.

Also Looking for person to set up together the 20 ~ 30 person Hostel here,we do have most material & facility.

    What else do we need?
English teachers for our kids and all kind of handicrafts for different projects
from welding to carpentry and farming etc.
Just tell us about your skills,
If you have talents in arts and or sewing!
Perfect we want to create some art on old LP disks and sew some clothes to make them capable for the summer!
Do you know how to work on old cars (50, 60, 70 really retro and cool) or boats, send us a message!

Where are we? The American boarder in San Diego is 5 hours to us by car.
We are located in a small town close to the beach which is called Santa Maria in San Quintin, Baja California.
The beach is about 15 minutes walking distance.
In our village we have some small tiendas (store) also every week SAt & Sunday open free market(many fresh Veget) ,
where you can buy everything you need.
Also you can take the public bus for 20 pesos to the next bigger town call Lazaro Gardenas ( get everything ).
The days here are mostly sunny and dry, in the winter it rains sometimes and the summer is not to hot.

If you send us an application please let us know more about you. Minimum stay of 3~4wk or more.
No Smoking, alcohol or other drugs as you are a role model for our kids.
We live in a small village and a close community this is no place for partys.
We will reply within one or two day.
    Thank You
