Description
Hello, Greetings from Uganda.
It's Esther and Janet lovely twins that started up an organization after being touched by lives of 3 children we met without assistance to go to school. On following up these children, we discovered that two of them were orphans and were living with their grandmother.
Having seen the suffering and appealing situation of the children, we dedicated our efforts towards children of similar situations. We tried to pay school fees for the first 3 children but as the number gradually increased to 8 and later 33 children, it became expensive to pay school fees for them all.
And with that, we decided to start a Children's Community Library at our home to be able to build a future modal learning center for children who can't afford going to School.
The organization has blended it's activities that include a library with children's books, mentorship services for the children, proving health care services for these children as well as other basic needs including cloths and children's entertainment to enable them appreciate life.
We will be delighted to receive travellers that would love to engage and teach the children at the library.Types d'aide et opportunités d'apprendre

Uganda is a very beautiful and interesting country and is know as the Pearl of Africa.
Our location is so beautiful with so many tourist sites such as lakes, rivers, parks, zoo, and a beautiful social community that love sharing different cultures like languages, dances and many others.
Looking not so far to a place called Kabale that is blessed with a very beautiful lake called lake Bunyonyi that has so many Islands and one of the deepest lake. Travellers will be able to visit all these places and will reside at an Island called Sharp Island where my aunty works.
We shall use a boat to travel on water and have activities such as bird watching, walking, Canoe trekking, boat cruise, hiking, visiting the pygimies community, zip lining and many others.
This will have our travellers have fun visiting Uganda and reaching many places.
We are happy to arrange your trips to the different safaris in Uganda if you like to go to safaris
-Marchion falls trip
- Kitagata hot springs
- Queen Elizabeth National park
- Mburo National park
- Kidepo National park
- Mountain Sabinyo for Golden Monkeys trekking.
- And so many more different tourist attractions in our country.
NOTE: Due to receiving a lot of requests from different volunteers, we are asking the volunteers that once you send a message and get a reply from the host please make sure you conform your coming so that we can be able to plan properly. It is very important to us.Aide
The organization engages in many activities that will keep the volunteers much occupied like reading story books to the children, teaching, aiding in reading and writing, helping in the gardens, doing home visits for children that can't reach the library to read and learn, teaching children life skills, engaging children in activities like sports, music and drama.
We would also like the travellers to help in fundraising for a community library building, a school where the children can study from and a home where they can find proper and safe shelter.Langues

Our country being the Pearl of Africa, we have a lot of activities and tourist sites. Tourist can enjoy hiking, swimming, playing games with the students and many others. The organization is also near Lutembe Beach which attracts different species of birds from the entire world in November. We also have Botanical gardens Entebbe which is a historical ground for many species of trees, plants and flowers. The main and easiest means of transportation is the local motorcycles called "boda bodas" and local vehicles called taxis.
