Description

My father was Canadian but I have only visited the country once for a week. So now is the time - finally. And since I am looking for an active stay and would love to meet locals, I am here looking for a workaway opportunity.

I work in Berlin as radio journalist and podcast host specializing in culture (movies, tv-series, popular culture), yoga teacher and shiatsu/massage practitioner.

I love being outside, with people and animals. I enjoy house work, am tidy and well organized but I am not the best improve cook even though I enjoy helping in the kitchen and with recipes my meals taste good as well ;-)

Besides that I love music, reading, crafting and my interests are quite broad. Usually the day feels too short. But I also learned that sleep or let’s say resting is underestimated.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am good with media and communication since that’s my profession for nearly 20 years now. I am also a yoga teacher, shiatsu and massage practitioner. I am tidy and very well organized which I can also teach since I have done several education in MBSR and organizational development. I enjoy house work. My cooking skills are good if I have recipes at hand. Otherwise I have an okay selection of meals I know by heart. I am good with plants indoor and open to learn more about gardening. I am fit and open to learn. I am a fast learner and communicative. I love dancing, riding my bike or horses. And I love animals in general. We had a dog when I was young and if my lifestyle would allow it I would have a dog. People like my style and I enjoy dressing up but I can also go for weeks with nothing but one bike bag of clothes, a tent and cooking on open fire.
